In this MSc International Energy Commerce and Finance from University of Dundee you will learn the economics, accounting, finance and management of the energy and natural resources sector. As the world economy is transitioning from a high-carbon to a low-carbon energy mix, our curriculum has evolved. No matter what the energy source, we prepare you with skills for a successful business career in the energy sector: issue identification, critical thinking and problem solving.
You will learn to analyse, synthesise, and articulate concepts and best practices relevant to the energy industry. You will understand the fundamental drivers of various energy markets, such as oil, gas, and electric power. You'll be equipped to become or to assist C-suite decision-makers in the energy industries. You’ll acquire this knowledge through lectures, seminars, master classes, internships or projects, and more.
