Overview
In the International and European Union Law programme from Erasmus University Rotterdam, you will study the processes of economic integration and its impact on the rule of law, democracy and European human rights from an International and European legal perspective.
You will also develop exceptional legal advisory and cross-cultural communication skills that provide an ideal start for an international career in public organisations at a national level, in Europe or at a global scale, multinational law firms or consultancy firms.

General requirements
- We require a law degree (bachelor) from a recognised university for all programmes.
- Applications from students with different bachelor’s degrees who have passed a sufficient number of legal studies courses during their bachelor studies.
- To study at Erasmus School of Law, all students must be able to listen, read, speak and write fluently in English from the start of their studies. When being admitted to our LL.M. programmes, we expect all students to actively apply the English language when participating in the lectures, workgroups and group assignments.
