Additionally, they can participate in an international seminar as preparation for their semester abroad which can be undertaken during the third semester of the programme. The semester abroad can be completed at one of our more than 70 partner universities. During the fourth semester – either in Germany or abroad – students will write their Master’s thesis with the intention to further develop their personal skills, academic understanding and their ability to carry out research.
Program Details
Welcome to the accredited International Business and Economics Master’s programme offered by the Faculty of Business and Economics at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences. Our Master’s degree programme combines economics and business administration as, in international business, these two fields blur into each other: government policies affect economic decisions; corporate behaviour in turn influences international politics.
With our applied research approach, we are highly committed to being an educational institution of excellence in the fields of business and economics as well as aim at an international group of students.
