Overview
The Finance - Finance programme offered at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam equips you with the comprehensive knowledge and understanding you need to manage the flow of funds, from raising and investing capital to accurate and efficient financial reporting. You’ll look at the macro-level of financial economics: how financial markets help maximize economic growth. You’ll also look at the inner workings of financial markets and corporations – and how financial regulation is the bridge between both sides.
Entering the job market
Graduates from the programme have gone on to work at one of the large consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, etc.), the big banks (ING, ABN AMRO, etc.), the Central Bank or large corporations. IT firms like Google are also interested in graduates from the Finance programme. Throughout your programme, SBE Career Services supports you with your career preparations.
