Overview
Join top students from around the world and prepare for an outstanding career in management and leadership with LSE's two-year Global Master's in Management.
The extensive first-year curriculum provides a strong understanding of the real challenges facing managers and organisations operating in a global context. Following an optional summer internship to explore career options, you can choose from three second-year pathways to specialise and consolidate your learning, alongside two core courses: Management in Action and Ethics, Governance, and Leadership.
We are proud to be the only UK programme to offer the CEMS double degree, in partnership with 30 leading business schools worldwide and supported by a global network of over 70 corporate partners. The programme also offers an MBA exchange term, providing the opportunity to join a leading MBA classroom in the US, Europe or Asia. Alternatively, you may stay at LSE and select from its wide range of electives to tailor your degree to your interests.
Career development with the Global Master's in Management
LSE's graduates are highly sought after by employers. The Global Master's in Management develops your intellectual and practical capabilities as a well-rounded manager, equipped to thrive and innovate in today's complex and fast-moving business environment.
With a strong foundation in the core pillars of management developed in Year 1 of the programme, matched with your chosen specialism in Year 2, you will graduate with a distinctive portfolio of skills and knowledge to set you apart in the job market.
Your professional management skills will be developed throughout the programme, including communication and presentation skills, teamwork, cultural intelligence gained from close collaboration with an international cohort, and client management experience from a practical business project (the Capstone Course).
