What We Offer
Our goal is to provide advanced training for work as applied social scientist outside of academia, as in government administrative jobs, research departments, or community programs. Some of our students also go on to teach at community colleges. The Department offers a 30-credit M.A. program in Sociology with a thesis, non-thesis, practicum options.
