Overview

The Nutrition and Dietetics program of Mahidol University is designed for students who want to become dietitians, nutritionists in hospitals, health institutes, food service industries, health and fitness centers, food and nutrition-related industries, or relevant government ministries.

Program Learning Outcomes

Students will learn to act according to moral principles, professional ethics.

Assess, plan and manage food, nutrition and medical nutrition, as well as counseling to correct nutritional problems academically.

Research, compile, analyze, synthesize data with research processes, and present the results of research studies with appropriate information technology in order to solve people's health problems effectively.
