Overview
The Housing Management programme from The University of Hong Kong is designed not only to upgrade the training and skills of practising housing professionals but also to provide intellectual and professional training to those wishing to specializse in the housing area at postgraduate level.
The MHousMan degree programme has two streams of study, the Academic Stream and the Professional Stream. The MHousMan (Professional Stream) is recognized by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.

- Applicants shall comply with the General Regulations and the Regulations for Taught Postgraduate Curricula; and shall:
- hold a bachelor's degree with honours of this University; or
- hold a qualification of equivalent standard of this University or another university or comparable institution accepted for this purpose (Note 1); and
- pass the qualifying examination, if required.
