Course description
The Master's program in Labour Policies and Globalisation from Berlin School of Economics and Law is aimed at trade unionists who want to expand and deepen their skills in this field. The combination of seminars, workshops, conferences and internships offers ideal opportunities to qualify young trade unionists for future challenges and to impart the necessary leadership skills to them.
Course structure
The course consists of one semester at the University of Kassel and a second at the HWR Berlin. In between, the students complete an internship. In the last three months of the second semester, students write their master's thesis. The program is taught entirely in English.

- Your bachelor degree should be held in Social Science, Law, Education or Economics with a minimum of 240 ECTS.
- Work experience in a trade union;
- English language proficiency minimum level: Toefl 550, (IBT) 80, IELTS 6,0.
