The Human Resource Management at University of Strathclyde is for those who aim to pursue a career in the field of human resource management.

The aim of this course is to develop an advanced level of knowledge and understanding related to the human resource management function in organisations.

As a CIPD provider for 70 years the Department has an extensive network of alumni in a range of senior HR roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors. The Postgraduate Diploma stage of this programme is accredited as meeting the knowledge requirements for Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at Associate, Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
