This Business Analytics course at University of Bath is for graduates who want to pursue a career in business analytics.

How can companies use ‘big data’ to gain business insight? This course will teach you how to convert data into knowledge. Get hands-on practical experience using the latest business intelligence software and interpreting real data.

This course includes guest lectures from industry experts, and a unit co-delivered by a specialist from IBM.

To apply for this course, you should have an undergraduate degree equivalent to 2:2 to 2:1 or above depending on the institution attended. Your degree can be in any discipline but you must have studied a subject with high quantitative content.

You will be better suited to this course if you have studied business or management, or studied a subject with high quantitative content, such as:

mathematics/statistics

computer science

engineering

physics

a quantitative social science

If you are a UK student and completed your undergraduate degree abroad, your qualification must be equivalent to a 2:2 to 2:1 or above depending on the institution attended.

Programming experience
