Overview
This postgraduate MSc Nursing programme at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) offers you the opportunity to stand back and take an in-depth and considered review of nursing in order to face the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Further Information
You’ll interact with students from different backgrounds and different countries, and see how others have responded to the challenges they have faced as nursing has developed. If you leave before completing the course you can exit with a Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits) or a Postgraduate Diploma (120 credits).
Depending upon the size of your dissertation module, you will also take two or three optional modules. These will be selected from a short menu of choices selected to support a focus on research, practice, management or education in nursing. If you wish you can choose your options across the range of options.
All students will participate in a Personal Development Centre creating a personal profile of abilities, attributes and skills and develop a learning contract. You will use the learning contract to develop and enhance your personal profile in collaboration with your personal tutor.
