Learn about the complex value chains of such companies and various marketing concepts and trade strategies. The Luxury, Fashion and Sales Management program at the International School of Management (ISM) will focus both on E-Commerce and traditional retail structures. 

The program addresses a wide range of practice-based issues, including marketing and brand management of luxury and consumer goods. The lecturers on this course work for various companies, such as Montblanc, Hugo Boss, Procter & Gamble and Beiersdorf, and share their practical business knowledge with students.


The Career Center at ISM offers advice and help about application materials and job interviews. You will have the best possible preparation for a career in various areas of the luxury, fashion and consumer goods sector. The Master's in Fashion Management allows you to develop the necessary skills and tools.

English requirements

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.
IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

General requirements

To qualify for this M.A. program you first need to have successfully completed your first study program with a minimum study period of six semesters and have achieved a final grade

  • at a university or
  • an equivalent foreign higher education institution, and
  • you need to submit your application documents.

Additionally, you will have to take part in a multi-level admissions test.

You must have previously taken examinations in one of the following subjects:

  • Business studies and/or economics or psychology or communications with at least 30 ECTS points. If you have studied a non-economic bachelor or are missing some quantitative ECTS-points, ISM offers a Pre-Master program to prepare for this study.
