
Overview
Within the Master's specialisation in Business Law at Radboud University , you will investigate aspects of international and European comparative company law, such as corporate restructuring, formation and financing of companies and takeover regulations. You will also learn to analyse both primary and secondary European legislation, as well as the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the legislation of relevant jurisdictions. By the end of the programme you’ll understand the interaction of international, European and national law on businesses.

- Students must have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, with an educational level equivalent to a Dutch research university. Students who have obtained their diploma in Indonesia, are required to have obtained a Master's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum II).
