Apply online.

At the time the application is submitted, the bachelor, master or diploma study programme related to the stay in Budapest should not have been completed more than 24 months prior, as this grant aims to support consecutive study periods and not 'mid-career' returns to university.

The selection process for all grants is competitive, i.e. there is no legal claim to a grant even if all application requirements are fulfilled. The number of grants that will be awarded during one call depends on the quota and/or the available budget. Applicants may apply for multiple grants at the same time but must submit separate applications for each grant individually.

Grant recipients are required to be present at the place of study to pursue their studies or research project.

Grant recipients are not allowed to engage in paid employment besides their academic duties.

Scholarships must be started on the date specified.
