The Kathryn Godshalk Memorial Scholarship was established by the family of Ms. Kathryn Godshalk to recognize distinction in mathematical study and to provide financial assistance.

Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to second year graduate students in either the Master of Arts in Mathematics, Teaching Option or The Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics degree programs who plan on becoming a math teacher.
- Financial need (must still be eligible to receive scholarship money)

- Potential for excellence in teaching
