The Rose Sullivan and Rebecca Morales Memorial Scholarship in Criminal Justice was established by Dr. Ed Sullivan in order to assist adult reentry students majoring in Criminal Justice.

Eligibility
Open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Declared major in Criminal Justice.
- Identify as an adult reentry student (a person returning to school after a significant time away, or 25 years of age or older).
- Enrolled in good academic standing.
- Will return for at least one additional semester.
Criteria:Applicants will be evaluated based on:
- Academic standing and progress in the Criminal Justice program.
- Commitment to completing their degree as an adult reentry student.
