Description
Tilburg University has an agreement with the Fundación para el Futuro de Colombia (COLFUTURO) to provide a mutual scholarship, the COLFUTURO Loan-Scholarship Program. COLFUTURO is a non-profit organization supported by both private and public sectors. The institution offers loan-scholarships for Colombian citizens willing to study abroad.

COLFUTURO will provide a loan/scholarship to cover the remainder of the tuition fees but also a living allowance of up to US$25,000 per year for a maximum of two years per eligible student. Whether COLFUTURO will provide you a loan or scholarship depends on your personal situation. Please visit the COLFUTURO website for more information.
After completing the program, the candidate will have an additional year before he/she needs to start paying back the loan, enabling the candidate to use this time to search for a job, do an internship and/or travel abroad. Candidates need to pay their own visa expenses.

Application deadline
- Submit your loan/scholarship application to COLFUTURO, following the normal application procedures and meeting all the standard requirements established by COLFUTURO. More information on the selection process including the application deadline can be found on the COLFUTURO’s website (in Spanish).
- Submit your application for a Master's program to Tilburg University by April 1. Meet the conditions of admission (detailed in the conditional admission letter) as soon as possible in order to be unconditionally admitted.
- You will receive the outcome of your scholarship application about the end of June
