Established by Mrs Smith in memory of her daughter Katharine Smith, a former pupil of St Leonards School, the bursary forms part of the Wardlaw Scholarship scheme.

- Applicants must have attended St Leonards School, St Andrews.
- Selection is based on financial need and donor-specific criteria.
- Please note that as the Wardlaw scholarships are donor-funded, core personal details may be passed to the benefactors of your scholarship with your permission.
- This permission is requested in the application form. If you select that you do not wish to be considered for donor funding, you will only be considered for the St Andrews Access Award.
