The University is proud to work in partnership with the Chloe and Liam Together Forever Trust for September 2026 entry. 

Benefits

This scholarship will award one student who chooses to study on MSc Sport Performance and Analysis £2,000 during their Postgraduate degree.

Eligibility

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a UK/Home applicant with 'Home' fee status - This includes students domiciled in Jersey, Guernsey, The Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Man
  • Have a permanent residence in the North East of England.  Please click here for eligible counties
  • Apply to study on the below eligible course commencing September 2026 at the Newcastle Upon Tyne campus
  • Meet the terms and conditions and accept your offer
  • Be a self-funded student - ie; not have fees which are paid in full or in part through a sponsorship arrangement (employer funded)

There is a competitive selection process for this scholarship scheme.  Applicants need to apply via online written application.  In no more than 3000 characters (500 words); 'What do you believe are the benefits of regular sport and physical activity?’ - applications will be considered on the strength of response

The successful applicants will be notified once the evaluation panel has met, by no later than Friday 02 October 2026
