Description
The UK Academic Achievement Scholarship is available for Home fee paying students in the form of a tuition fee reduction.
Benefits
The scholarship offers a tuition fee reduction of £2,500.
Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration for the Scholarships candidates must:
- Not already be in receipt of a full tuition fee scholarship or sponsorship.
- Have applied for entry to a University of Reading master’s course3 for admission in the academic year 2026-2027, using the University’s online postgraduate application form.
- Have applied to study on a full-time or part-time basis. Flexible / part-time modular master’s courses are excluded.
- Have received a formal offer of admission (it is not necessary to have accepted the offer of admission at the Scholarship consideration stage).

To be considered, you will need to hold an offer to study in September 2026 by 1 July 2026 and for February 2027 by 12 December 2026. Scholarships will be awarded between January and July and all eligible students will be considered automatically. Students on full-time or part-time courses are eligible, but flexible learning / part-time modular master’s courses are excluded.
The Scholarship is awarded on a rolling basis. No application form is required – all eligible students made an offer of admission to a University of Reading master’s degree programme are considered automatically.
