Description
Since 1972, the Kappa Delta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi has produced men and brothers who have impacted every aspect of college life and society. From Student Council to the Black Student Awareness Committee; from the National Society of Black Engineers to UAB varsity football, basketball, track, and cross country teams; from ROTC to military officers; in the fields of law, medicine, education, civil service, and science, the members of Omega Psi Phi have made an extraordinary impact in the lives of UAB students and in the greater community. This endowment pays homage to those brothers, memorializes the ones that have entered Omega Chapter, and celebrates the rich history of the Kappa Delta Chapter.
