Eligibility
The award is available each year to a prospective or continuing ANU student who:
- is a domestic or international student;
- is enrolled/enrolling in a postgraduate coursework or postgraduate research degree program at the Australian National University;
- has demonstrated research interest in economics or political economy studies in the Asia Pacific region; and
- has a demonstrated track record of academic merit.
- able to commit 10 hours per week to administrating the PAFTAD Conference series, and other research duties as required.
Selection
- Selection is made on the basis of academic merit and the demonstrated relevance of the applicant's research interests to the field of economics or political economy in the Asia Pacific region. Other factors such as extra-curricular activity may also be taken into account.
