Description
ESMT Berlin and capiton have joined together to improve the gender balance in the private equity industry by offering a full scholarship supporting outstanding women who aspire to become leaders in the industry. In addition to this scholarship funded by capiton, the recipient will also participate in a minimum three to six month internship with capiton, as a way to gain valuable experience in the PE sector.

Eligibility
- Female applicants who have demonstrated a clear path toward leadership and a high interest in the private equity world.
- Outstanding academic results and demonstrated interest in finance or private equity. B2 or higher level German is a plus.
