History
Over the last two decades RISEBA has gone through a substantial transformation from a small ambitious business school to the university that provides, in addition to business and management programmes, studies in communications, audiovisual media arts and architecture, thus transforming the institution into“the place where business meets arts”.
Education
- School of Business with Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes, which cover the areas of business, management and economics
- School of Media and Communication with Bachelor and Master programmes in arts and communications
- School of Architecture and Design, which currently offers a Bachelor programme in Architecture.
Research
RISEBA, a strongly research-led university, is about commitment and excellence in both research and education. Over the last two decades research at RISEBA has undergone considerable growth and now has reached a stage of notable diversity and internationalisation covering both in-depth specialisation and interdisciplinary innovative approaches in social and economic sciences, entrepreneurship, communications, arts and architecture.

- We offer variety of courses, seminars and conferences.
- We provide consulting services, marketing research and analysis as well as brainstorming and innovation sessions together with last year students.
- We offer our services of helping hand in organizing seminars, conferences and other events and can offer professionally equipped meeting and conference rooms in the centre of Riga.
- We are able to become or take over company’s education center and provide great services of evaluating and training personnel.

Housing services
RISEBA Student Residence is located in the historical part of the city (10 min walk from the Riga Old Town) surrounded by the modern downtown business centres.The residence offers 14 rooms of different type – single, double, triple and quad rooms available for students – as well as a 24-hour front desk, lounge, game room and shared kitchen.
Library services
RISEBA Library provides students and staff with books, print and online materials as well as data bases free of charge. It is possible to bind qualification, bachelor and master papers at the Library. Alsointerlibrary loan is provided.
RISEBA is a university type private higher educational institution fully accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.
