Education
Offers a single honours BA programme, joint honours courses with English, Drama, History and Modern Languages, and MA degrees in Film Studies and Documentary Practice. Every single honours student has the opportunity to blend the study of film history and film theory with film practice, for example learning skills in screenplay writing, fiction filmmaking and visual essay production and curation. Our thriving community of PhD students is active in our research culture, which is enriched by regular talks by visiting academics and filmmakers and department-hosted international conferences.
