Our faculty was founded in Subotica on 22 April 1974 as part of the University of Novi Sad.

The total accommodation capacity is 765 beds. About 70% of students who apply get a place in the home. Advantages of accommodation in homes are extremely inexpensive, you do not have bosses, you are surrounded by their peers, a large number of events, parties .... accommodation is satisfactory and can be learned. DODUCO comfort is not like when you rent your apartment, but it requires greater expenditure.
Library services
On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Faculty, 1984. Teaching and Scientific Council has initiated the issue of the Proceedings. Since then he has released numerous editions which were published professional and scientific papers mainly teachers and staff of Civil Engineering.

Softwer GFS
- The programs are aimed at the design and dimensioning of reinforced concrete structures, prestressed concrete and composite structures of metal-concrete.
- FIST Program 1.0 represents a new approach to static structural analysis because it is based on the theory of finite strip, which until now has unduly neglected and under-researched.
Campus life
The campus is located in the downtown district. Covering an area of 256,800 m², it is situated on the left bank of the Danube river near Novi Sad's city centre and Liman I neighborhood. In addition to the administrative building, the university campus includes the faculties, the Student Cultural Centre, two student dormitories with a cafeteria, an apartment hotel for temporary accommodation of teaching fellows and research assistants, the Student Health Centre, and the Centre for Physical Education.
Student clubs
In addition to teaching and administrative staff, whose main activity is the provision of quality services in the field of education, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, there are two student organizations, which operate independently and autonomously with the right of association with other organizations of students. These are the Student Association of the Faculty of Engineering (SSGF) having as members more than 90% of students and Student Parliament
