History
Maastricht School of Management (MSM) grew out of the Research Institute for Management that was established in Delft in 1952.
Education
MSM offers Master of Arts in Management, MBA and Executive PhD degree programmes, as well as short executive courses. MSM delivers its practice-oriented degree programmes on location in Maastricht and through partnerships around the world. MSM’s management programmes provide a diverse and stimulating learning experience with students coming from many countries, professional backgrounds and areas of interest.
Research
MSM’s research is an integral part of MSM’s mission. MSM aims to conduct,
co-ordinate, commission, publish, apply and disseminate research focused on
Private Sector Development
organised in five themes related to emerging markets:
1. Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Digitisation
2. Leadership, Change and Organisational Development
3. Inclusive and Sustainable Development
4. Globalisation, Value Chains and Industrial Policy
5. Educational Development

Triple Accredited PBL School
PBL system, very good school, recommend for those looking for triple accredited school, this is the one and in Europe. You have to get used to the system though. If you are an extrovert you will love it.
Life in Maastricht!
Even though I have not started learning yet, life in Maastricht is amazing. There is different cultures and learning methods are more practical than theoretical,which is a plus. The only downside to Maastricht is finding accomodation. Aside that, it is a really good place to be
Happy with my choice
MSM was a great experience. The faculty, the courses, and the professors were all top-notch. And the best part of MSM is that it is now under Maastricht University, which made it easier for us to use all the facilities UM provided.

- The MSM Information Center is a sophisticated multi-functional resource center. Students have access to a wealth of knowledge that can be applied to every aspect of their study. The Information Center features the most advanced online knowledge tools.
- The Information Center specializes in English language literature in the field of management, finance, information technology, operations etc.
Campus life
MSM is located at the monumental Tapijnkazerne campus located in the beautiful historical city Maastricht in the Netherlands. The campus not only provides state-of-the-art facilities but has also been awarded, as first European university building, with the WELL Building Certification, ensuring a healthy study environment.
Accreditation
Maastricht School of Management (MSM) is part of Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE). SBE belongs to a select group of 1% of educational institutes worldwide with a Triple Crown accreditation by the international accrediting bodies AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. In addition, MSM’s Master in Management and MBA programmes are accredited by NVAO.
