History
Turkey, founded in 2018 and admitting its first students in 2020, operating under the leadership of the Turkish Balkan Education, Culture, and Health Foundation. It offers programs across several faculties, including Medicine, Dentistry, Health Sciences, Engineering, and Humanities, alongside a vocational school and graduate institute.

These are the projects applied by Atlas University faculty members to develop the R&D culture and to conduct more comprehensive research within the 5 years following the date of receiving their doctorate/specialty degrees in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy.

Student Affairs Department's main aim is:
- To support the development of education-training regulations and relevant directives,

Features 26 high-tech research labs, including specialized medical and psychology labs, and a 2,500 m² library.
Medical services
In Istanbul Atlas University infirmary located on the ground floor of Block B of the university, health care services, daily medical needs, first and emergency intervention in case of sudden situations, and referral to the nearest health institution when necessary are provided to the students and staff by a nurse and a workplace physician every weekday between 08:00-17:00.
Campus life
Located in Kağıthane, one of Istanbul’s most central districts, the Vadi Campus is designed to support students in their education with technologically equipped classrooms, cutting-edge research labs, a 2,500 m² library, and a 600-person capacity conference hall with two simultaneous translation rooms.
Sports facilities
The Vadi Campus offers facilities that promote student socialization, including a Wellness Center, a gym spanning over 1,000 m², outdoor event areas, and a 2,500 m² cafeteria/social street.

Student clubs are communities that carry out activities to support the academic, sportive, artistic, social and cultural development of students and enable them to reinforce their activities within the university, between universities and outside the university.

Accreditation
In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the university, the Accreditation Commission was established in order to improve the quality of education and training, to coordinate the necessary activities throughout the university and to carry out the work and transactions in order for the student's preferred field, faculty and department programs to be accredited by national and international accreditation organizations authorized by YÖKAK.
