Housing services
Structural works on the New Era University College (NEUC) hostel building started on 7 October 2000 after the completion of its 10-month piling works. It was only with the strong support of the Chinese community in the country that this hostel block was able to be erected in Kajang. The hostel block is called “Yin Shui Si Yuan”, meaning that we should be grateful to those who have contributed to NEUC.
The hostel block was opened in January 2001. There are 13 floors with 134 hostel rooms designed for 3-person, 5-person and 7-person occupancy. Most of the hostel rooms are for 5-person occupancy. Each hostel room has a washroom, a bathroom, a balcony and internet access.
