IMT Mines Albi is an Engineering Grande Ecole that was created in 1993.

For 25 years, it has trained engineers, generalists and doctoral students who are able to adapt to the demands of the industrial world and the challenges of tomorrow, according to its 4 areas of expertise:

  • Materials and processes for aeronautics and space
  • Bio-health and powder engineering
  • Biomass engineering and Renewable Energy
  • Organization dynamics

Many partnerships and contractual agreements are signed with international research centers and industries. In this context, our international commitment is very strong:

  • 50% of our PhDs and post-doctoral students come from overseas.
  • international conferences are organized each year
  • our research centers are involved in many international projects, and allow us to increase our international publications

The School leaves no stone unturned to facilitate placement: an educational pathway that encourages personal development and post-graduation follow-up. Result: more than 9 out of 10 students find employment in less than 6 months
