History
The Oran University was created from the National School of Medicine and Pharmacy established on October 18th, 1961 at the Hospital Center of Oran, the higher Scientific College and from the higher Literary College.
Education
Oran University is multidisciplinary, providing training and research in many fields: science, technology, health, social and human sciences, economics, management, law, literature, languages and arts. This thematic diversity concerns both graduation and post-graduation training and constitutes a real scientific wealth that attracts more and more students.

A Valuable University Journey IGCMO
Studying at IGCMO has been a unique and enriching experience. The academic environment is supportive, and the professors are generally knowledgeable and approachable. The campus offers a mix of modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that helps with concentration and productivity. I appreciated the opportunities for hands-on learning and internships, which helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. While there are areas that could improve—such as more organized administration and more extracurricular options. I’m grateful for the personal and academic growth I’ve experienced during my time at IGCMO.

Studying is a good thing for me especially in the field of electrical engineering, the 4 years in this high school of electrical and energy engineering were full of knowledge and learning in addition to some training courses during each vacation where good skills and experiences were acquired in this field in addition to the excellent quality of education

My Experience Studying Electrical Engineering at ESG2E Studying Electrical Engineering at ESG2E has been a challenging yet rewarding journey. The curriculum provided a strong foundation in power systems, electronics, automation, and renewable energy, combining theory with hands-on projects. Supportive faculty and industry collaborations enriched my learning experience. One of the highlights was working on a renewable energy project, which enhanced both my technical and teamwork skills. Despite the challenges of mastering complex subjects, the collaborative environment helped me succeed. Overall, ESG2E has equipped me with the skills and confidence to pursue a successful engineering career. I highly recommend it to aspiring electrical engineers!
