The patience and unique teaching skills of the lecturers. An understanding and supportive staff. There may be a delay in the response from the general student support, yet the dedicated support staff replies promptly and may sometimes make phone calls to you.

The online teaching capabilities and capacity of Arden has been wonderful despite the difficulties in the last one year around the pandemic of coronavirus. It's been seemless! However, the iLearn materials require regular review to update, correct errors and refresh. It's important to also involve the tutors in the iLearn contents quality validation
