• Start of learning activities at what was then a branch of Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences 

• Establishment as an independent university of applied sciences offering courses in Business Administration and Social Work

• Opening of the Faculty of Engineering with courses in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (separate faculties since 1991)     

The point of contact for all things relating to executive education is the Institute of Further Education.  Landshut University of Applied Sciences coordinate the academic executive education programmes offered by Landshut University of Applied Sciences in a practical and interdisciplinary manner.

The Careers Service at Landshut University of Applied Sciences is the link between your studies and your working life and offers assistance with questions on applications and additional qualifications. Information and careers events help provide students and graduates with the relevant tools for applying for jobs and entering the world of work.

The seminar programme is offered in collaboration with various regional businesses and helps to make it easier for students, graduates and future employers to make contact with one another.

In addition, the Careers Service provides a checking service for individual application portfolios, personal advice and supports the university’s in-house jobs exchange.
