CSUP CIS
I had a positive overall experience at CSU Pueblo, and I appreciate the effort the university puts into creating a well-rounded curriculum. One aspect I particularly liked was the focus on cybersecurity within the program. The courses in this area were comprehensive, engaging, and provided real-world applications that helped me build a strong foundation in this critical field. The faculty members teaching cybersecurity were knowledgeable and approachable, which made the learning experience enjoyable and valuable. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to programming classes. While the basics were covered, the courses could be more structured to offer advanced concepts, hands-on coding projects, and a stronger focus on modern programming languages and frameworks. More collaboration with industry standards and practices would also benefit students, helping them to be better prepared for the job market. Overall, I would summarize my experience at CSU Pueblo as rewarding and a good stepping stone for my career. It’s a great program for anyone interested in cybersecurity, but improving the programming classes would take it to the next level and better serve the needs of future students.

However, we understand that residents may prefer single rooms or to add space to their rooms. Please sign up on the lists if you are interested in any of the following. You can be on more than one list. We will continue to offer from the waitlists as openings occur throughout the semester.
