Research at ICN is rooted in the ARTEM philosophy of transdisciplinarity. It is imbued of this idea that frontiers have become territories to explore. Paradigmatic theories deserve more critical attention from the scholarship. ICN Business School’s faculty is engaged in the ‘deconstruction’ of paradigmatic theories. The general purpose is to open and renew paradigms within a cross-cultural theorizing context.
This applied research often starts in the classroom – during workshops in which students from the three ARTEM Schools participate together with external organizations – and then evolves into research projects, research seminars and peer-reviewed papers.
Part of each study program are up to 9 months of internship, which can be extended by an additional year.
In order to support students’ and graduates’ integration into the world of work, the ICN attaches much importance to the development of its corporate relations. In addition, the office guides and supports students (via internships) and graduates (via first job offers), providing information about current legislations, the calendar of events, including Careers and Recruitment Fairs, the ‘Careers Marathon’, and professional conferences.
