Master's Programmes



Ferriers' mission is achieved through higher education training programmes (Bachelor: Baccalaureate (A-levels) +3 years of higher education , MSc: Baccalaureate (A-levels) +5 years of higher education) and continuing education (Culinary Programmes, Restaurant Programmes, Hotel Programmes as well as Ferrières Coaching).


  • Work and study - In the 3rd year of the Bachelor and the 1st year of the MSc, Ferrières provides a limited number of students with the possibility of taking a Work & Study employment contract in one of the operational units within the Ferrières ecosystem: restaurants, hotels or events.
  • Specific professional goals - Within the Ferrières ecosystem operational units, chefs and departments regularly provide students with the opportunity to take on specific professional roles (occasional or temporary work) in hospitality and restaurant professions. These roles are allocated to the best students, giving them the opportunity to partly finance their studies.

Housing services

A student residence will be available close to the castle from June 2018. From now until its scheduled completion at the beginning of the 2018 academic year, students accommodation is facilitated by the provision of several search tools.
