Fooyin University

Fooyin University was founded by Dr. Chang Peng Tu in 1958 at Tungang Town, Pingtung. At the beginning, it was a three-year “Senior Vocational High School of Midwifery,” the first medical and nursing vocational school established with private funds. Dr. Chang Peng Tu was the first Principal. In 1997, it was promoted to a technology university.

Fooyin University is famous for its nursing, medical and health sciences, environment and life sciences, and humanities and management. The school recruits the best qualified teachers in each field to carry out the teaching jobs. We not only value the abundant teaching experiences but also the practical and clinical experiences of the teachers.
