Since its foundation in 1925, ESTACA has grown and won a leading place within the French engineering schools. The School stayed true to its initial mission, which was to transform youth’s passion for transport into a profession. ESTACA never stopped and will never stop to adapt and develop.
For each of its major disciplines, ESTACA offers a highly professionalized curriculum.
All courses are open to international students, enabling them to discover new teaching methods through one or two study semester(s), either on our Paris Saclay Campus in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (near Paris) or our Laval Campus.
Students will receive 30 credits per semester.
ESTACA offers 3 programmes in English: Advanced Master Air Operations and Maintenance®, Advanced Master Embedded Lighting Systems® and Automotive & Aeronautics Design Programme.
They are designed for foreign students, and should teach them how to work with international teams on practical projects, in connection with our industrial partners.
ESTACA's research centre has the task of carrying out activities on innovative technologies for transport and mobility, to cope with major societal and environmental challenges. It works in favour of the emergence of new technologies for transport that are green, sustainable, intelligent and adapted to new forms of mobility.

Located west of Paris, 10 minutes from the Château de Versailles and 30 min. from the Eiffel Tower, the ESTACA-Paris Saclay engineering school offers a wonderful environment for students on international programs. This new campus, opened in 2015, is in Saint-Quentin en Yvelines, 5 min. from the station, in a town with ideal facilities for students in terms of accommodation, university restaurant, sports, culture, etc..
The second campus is located at Laval in Mayenne, one and a half hours away from Paris on the high-speed train.
Throughout the year, the Sports Bureau also offers several sporting events (paintball day, sporting weekend at Laval, and more).
The student associations develop projects promoting team spirit, developing leadership or allowing the realisation of personal challenges.
