History
IFM was founded in 1986 by representatives of the fashion industry with support from the French Ministry of Industry. It is state-recognized and is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles and of the International Foundation of Fashion Institutes (IFFTI).
Education
IFM provides high-level training for executives and managers in the fashion, luxury, perfume and cosmetics, design and lifestyle industries.
Research
Research concentrates on:
• marketing and sociology in the luxury, fashion and design industries;
• analyzing the changes in the areas of production, consumption, retail distribution and international trade for the fashion industries (textiles, clothing, leathers and accessories).
Career
The Recruitment and Career Management department continues to help alumni in their relationships with the industry and stays connected with them throughout their career.
Graduates benefit from a strong alumni network, a constantly updated database and links in France and abroad.

Very helpful faculties and great programmes
Learning new expertise is always one of the list of my fondness, never afraid of the failure and keep going on!
I'm studying at University of Pelita Harapan in Medan, Indonesia. Through all of my impression in this university, I could say that I gain plethora of knowledges and experiences that I could implement it into my daily life because I invariably tried to put a lot of effort in studying. Besides all of that I also adore the teacher and all of my friends due to they also play an important role in my university life. Other than that the things that didn't go really well is I have struggle learning the course during the first couple semester because I couldn't perform well in the examination, but after those adversity through my endeavor, my grades have been growing really well and stable. So, to recapitulate, university life is both arduous yet exciting.

My dream
Albania althrough is small country is special in it’s way but with some limits.For tjis reason i choose France to fullfill these limits of my country have in art.I want to be a well formed skilled in the field of Fashion and i want to trasmit to the future generation what i am learning and what i will learn in the future.
