I think my experience at my university has been great so far and I am very satistified with the provided E-Learning material during the online courses due to the COVID Pandemic.
Improvements
I would suggest the university to start using modern technologies and examples from the modern world, not from past century.
Dreams dont work unless you do.

Housing services
Student Canteens and Halls of Residence” Ltd. (SCHR) – branch Ruse has five student halls of residence on the central campus, with a capacity of 1900 beds.
All of them have central heating and hot water, and all rooms have separate bathrooms. Two of the halls of residence (SH-1 and SH-2) are renovated and completely remodelled.

Accreditation
The Institutional accreditation: granted on 07.06.2012 for a 6-year period by the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency a specialized state body with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria for evaluation, accreditation and quality control of the activities of higher schools.
