The UCL Summer School has over 50 modules for credit available, all of which are developed by UCL academics and incorporate the latest research in each subject area. For 2026, disciplines span Brain Sciences, Computer Science, Medical Sciences and Engineering to Culture, Literature and the Arts, Economics, Business and Management, Politics and International Relations, Education, Law and more!
Additionally, to help students make the most of their time in the capital, and make friends with other UCL Summer School students, we offer a diverse programme of optional social and cultural events in the evenings and at the weekends.
As a UCL Summer School student, UCL accommodation is guaranteed at a discounted rate.

As well as the on-campus contact hours, the UCL Summer School uses the city as a classroom and many modules include excursions to different areas of London. It is also common that guest speakers will join lectures, providing new perspectives.
Accreditation
Students are awarded a UCL transcript upon successful completion of the programme.
