Nature‑Rich Campus
This university is a filled with nature and is a great place to gather your thoughts. It is also a great place to start your university journey. I think the teachers at the university forms great connections with the students and it is an collaborative environment.

Grateful to be able to do my studies here. Good to have the opportunity to study in a regional area and the facilities were adequate and ample. Teaching staff are approachable, knowledgeable and excellent in being able to explain the content.

Housing services
Get the best start to uni life by living on-campus in Fedliving accommodation. New international students can receive 50% off their on-campus rental fees for the first year of their studies (and 25% off for the second year). Fedliving provides students a safe, welcoming and fun environment with lots of support from Residential Advisors and new friends. You’ll also have the added benefit of being located a short walk from all the campus facilities you need to study (24/7 study lounges, gyms, pool and library).

Sports facilities
Joining a sports team or casual exercising with new uni friends is a great way to stay mentally and physically fit. Play for fun or unleash your competitiveness, Federation students can get involved in many activities, like cricket, futsal, netball, and badminton. Our Mt Helen Campus is also home to a Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre with a heated pool and fully equipped gym with memberships discounts available to students.
