Cracow University of Economics has five Faculties, all of which have full academic rights.
These faculties - Faculty of Economics and International Relations, Faculty of Public Economy and Administration, Faculty of Finance and Law, Faculty of Commodity Science and Product Managament and Faculty of Management - consists of numerous Chairs and Departments, offers various study opportunities for students and professionals and conduct basic and applied research.
In addition to teaching, scientific and research activities are the University's principal functions. Professors and researchers conduct scientific research not only in the field of economic knowledge, but also in technical, biological, and chemical sciences as well as the humanities. Their research is widely known, esteemed and used by the staff and students of different higher education institutions.
The University has been involved in international research projects, just one example being the EU's 5th and 6th Framework Programme. We also have membership in a number of international university networks.
CUE graduates are among the most successful in Poland in matching their knowledge and skills with the employer's needs.
We also have a Student Career Centre. The aim is to create a platform between the CUE students and the companies, enabling students to gain professional experience, supporting graduates in starting their career and providing companies with dynamic and enthusiastic candidates.
