The Global Human Resource Management at Cracow University of Economics major helps students develop competences related to the use of new tools and technologies in managing employees as well as gain the knowledge necessary to work in a globalizing world.

Career prospects

as HR specialist - position involving such tasks as recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating employees;

or they can take on jobs as consultants, helping to design and implement personnel policies, providing advice on HRM, conducting market research and analysis.
