In 2006, as thought leaders in countries all over the globe were re-examining our understanding of economic science, a group of highly renowned professors and economists envisioned the need for a graduate school that could produce research and trained professionals.

The joint efforts of our academic units have positioned the Barcelona School of Economics among the world's top research groups. A faculty of the highest academic level
One of the best schools in the world to study a master's degree in Econ. The program exceeded my expectations by far.
I research many university but i chosse this.
Study abroad is too much good and when come back to home country just i measn all of experince in other country should adopt and start a new juourney in a home country.

Our admissions officers are available to assist you at every stage of the process, from choosing a program that fits your background and career goals, to completing your application package, as well as guiding you through student visa and relocation matters if you accept an offer to join one of our programs.
Housing services
The Barcelona School of Economics Admissions Office is happy to assist new master's students looking to establish their student lives quickly and comfortably. There are several types of accommodation that we hope will fit every budget and preference. Typical living arrangements that students choose include:

Students at the Barcelona School of Economics have access to the world-class research libraries

- Over 500,000 publications and more than 6,000 periodical subscriptions
- Electronic Library: on-line access to full-text information resources including catalogs/databases, over 10,000 electronic journals, 6,700 electronic books
- Long opening hours, including 24-hour access during exam periods.
ICT services
An extensive wifi network is present at all facilities to allow access to email and the Internet on campus.
The BSE's Virtual Campus allows students to access to a secure on-line space for:
- Viewing course and exam schedules
- Downloading course materials
- Checking grades
- Contacting fellow students or instructors via an internal message service
- Receiving reminders about administrative matters
Campus life
With one campus just steps from the Mediterranean Sea and the other in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape, Barcelona School of Economics students and researchers have two unique environments for their academic activities.
Barcelona School of Economics study programs and research centers are located on two main campuses:
- Ciutadella Campus in the center of Barcelona
- Bellaterra Campus a short distance outside the city
Sports facilities
Sometimes you need to take a break — and leave the library! Activities organized for students, alumni, and professors have included:
- Community picnics
- Hiking outside the city
- Winery tours
- Football tournaments
- Ski trips to Andorra
Student clubs
A few times each term, we organize social events to give students a chance to relax—and leave the library! Students, alumni, and professors are invited to participate in events such as picnics on campus and excursions to nearby nature parks or wineries.
Accreditation
The BSE has received institutional accreditation and certification of the internal quality system from the Quality Agency for the Catalan University System (AQU), the public agency entrusted with the assessment, accreditation and certification of quality in the universities and higher education institutions in Catalonia. AQU is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
All BSE Master's degrees have been successfully accredited by AQU, first through processes for each degree program and now under the institutional accreditation. Therefore, all BSE Master's degrees are recognized as Official Masters within the framework of the Bologna Process.
