With the Master’s programme in Jewish Thought at University of Haifa , students expand their knowledge of all stages of Jewish history and thought, from the Biblical to early Modern Era.
The Jewish Thought programme is part of UHaifa’s School of Historical and Regional Studies, home to a wide range of study programs that collaborate in research and teaching. Its unique academic model provides students the freedom to choose from a variety of courses and extensive research options.

- An undergraduate degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA, 80% (B) (Israeli system), in the Humanities or Social Sciences.
- Good command of the English language.
- Students who do not have a background in the field of History will be requested to take relevant courses. Each case will be considered on its own merit.
- Copy of undergraduate diploma and official transcript of BA degree showing full list of courses, date of graduation, and conferred degree.
- Two recommendations letters
- TOEFL – score 89 or alternative acceptable English language examination score
- Personal Statement (500 words)
- Curriculum Vitae/Resumé
- Medical forms (international students only)
