Overview
The Visual Arts program of University of Victoria, British Columbia will allow students to bring their creativity to life with rigorous and intensive studio work combined with critical discussions taking place in a regular seminar. Candidates also teach an undergraduate course during one semester of their studies.
The program is primarily centred on drawing, painting, sculpture, photography and digital multimedia. But, in the tradition of contemporary practice, we also recognize and encourage work that doesn't fit into these singular categories.
