In this Master's you will choose one of the following specialisations:
- Clinical Human Movement Sciences: Explore different aspects of movement sciences with a clinical perspective, from neural control to disorders and from orthopaedic biomechanics to physiology.
- Drug Safety and Toxicology:Study the effect of toxic substances and adverse drug effects from molecule to man, to improve patient safety and become a registered toxicologist.
- Epidemiology – patient and population research: Students learn research designs and methods to study the distribution and determinants of health and disease conditions in human populations.
- Health Technology Assessment: Students learn explicit methods to determine the value of a health technology at different points in its lifecycle. The purpose is to inform decision-making in order to promote an equitable, efficient, and high-quality health system.

General requirements
- Your foreign Bachelor's degree must be equivalent to a Bachelor's degree obtained at a Dutch research university (BA or BSc). Your Bachelor's degree needs to be in the same area of study as the Master's degree that you are applying for. (E.g. Life sciences, Medical Biology, Biomedical Sciences)
- A Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences is not accepted for direct admission. You may be required to follow a Pre-Master's programme (only in Dutch) first to improve your knowledge of the scientific field, before starting a Master's programme.
