About the Programme

The curriculum of the International Relations - Global Studies from University of Wroclaw covers international relations, globalisation, regionalisation, development economics, and human rights, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of global affairs. Global Studies are a unique programme both on the Polish and European scale. They are focused on the analysis of globalisation mechanisms and their impact on international relations. Their purpose is to equip students with the skill of understanding interdependencies between local and global phenomena.
The programme of studies comprises courses on the theory of international relations, globalisation and regionalisation, development economics, human rights, international environmental protection, international economic transactions, forecasting, international security, social policy, etc. Students take part in workshops, seminars and discussions with experts. Education ends with the submission and defence of an MA thesis.

To apply for a degree programme at the University of Wroclaw, you will need to submit a set of required legalised documents as part of the admission process.

Legalised Bachelor or Master degree certificate
Legalised Transcript of grades/supplement from bachelor or master studies
NAWA Recognition of diplomas other than those issued in the education system of countries: EU/OECD/ EFTA or recognised by international agreement.

Recognition document must be submitted together with the document to which the recognition relates. It is compulsory document to obtain a visa

Between 2026 and 2028, we will accept two different scoring scales for the TOEFL iBT:

Certificates issued before 21.01.2026 - Minimum score: 72+ [scale: 0-120]
Certificates issued after 21.01.2026 - Minimum score: 4 [scale: 1-6]
